Think Tank
The Think Tank is a group of combined representatives from across the Benefice. We meet to reflect on current issues that affect the 13 churches. We share thoughts, offer support to the leadership of the benefice and provide support and direction to other groups, in an effort to establish closer working relationships within the benefice.
The Think Tank is transitional as the benefice is shaped towards a new pastoral measure. We do not make any decisions or exercise any authority, this remains within PCC's, DCC's, Wardens & Treasurers.

Churchwardens
A Churchwarden is a lay official in a parish church of the Anglican Communion. Holders of these positions are leading members of the parish board. The role of Churchwarden is extremely varied but generally involves management, maintenance, and ministry. The rights and responsibilities of Churchwardens are laid down in Church Law. And as with most roles within a parish, this is a voluntary position.
In co-operation with the priest in charge, Churchwardens are generally responsible in assisting the day-to-day functioning of the parish. These responsibilities include various aspects of administration, plant operations, and personnel. Their work is not just the maintenance of the church building, but helping the smooth running of the church. In this capacity, wardens are considered the leading lay member of the congregation.
Our churchwardens meet on a bi-monthly basis to discuss matters relevant to individual churches, the whole benefice, promote good communication and support for the clergy team.
